Gazing upon the Blessed Vision of their Darshan, my mind blossoms forth. Each and every moment, I am a sacrifice to them. ||1||

In plain words

O my Master, bring me together with those holy people. Remembering You, I am set free.

When I see them, my mind blossoms like a flower. Moment by moment, I would give my whole self for them in love.

Near good-hearted people, your mind blossoms open like a flower.
The deeper layer

Being near holy people makes the mind blossom like a flower.

Guru Ram Das asks the One, su-aamee, the Master, to bring him together with the saadhoo, the holy people. Tin kaa daras daykh man bigsai: seeing them, the mind blossoms. Daras means a sight of someone you love and honor.

Khin khin tin ka-o ha-o balihaaree: moment by moment, I offer myself to them. Think of a flower turning toward the morning sun.

A Question to Sit With

Who makes you feel more open and alive when you're near them?
