In plain words

Blessed is the family, blessed is the father, and blessed is the mother who gave birth to the One's humble servant.

Those who remember my Lord, Har Har, with every breath and every bite of food look beautiful in the True Court of the One.

Blessed is the family that gives birth to someone who loves the One.
The deeper layer

The family, the father and the mother of someone who loves the One are blessed.

Dhan means blessed. The Guru says it three times: blessed the family, blessed the father, blessed the mother. Parents and grandparents share in the good that a loving child brings.

Then he says who these people are. They remember the One saas giraas, with every breath and every bite of food. Think of how a family says a thank-you before dinner. Now picture that thank-you going quietly on all day, with each breath. People like that stand beautiful in the dargeh, the True Court, the place where the One sees each heart as it is.

A Question to Sit With

What good quality did your family help grow in you?
