They taste the sweet Ambrosial Nectar of the Immaculate Naam, the Name of the Lord; imbued with the Shabad, they are blessed with honor. ||3||

In plain words

Those dyed in Truth have Truth on their tongues, sweet as nectar; not even a speck of the dirt of lies is on them.

They taste the sweet nectar of the pure Naam. Dyed in the Word, they are given honor.

When you're soaked in truth, pretending just doesn't stick to you.
The deeper layer

When you are dyed in Truth, lies cannot stick to you.

Saach ratay means dyed in truth, the way cloth is dyed a color. Even their tongue, their speech, carries truth.

Mithi-aa mail na raa-ee: not even a speck of the dirt of falsehood sticks to them.

Think of a raincoat. Rain runs right off it, and nothing soaks in. When you live in truth, pretending and fibbing slide off like that.

Nirmal naam amrit ras chaakhi-aa: they taste the clean, sweet nectar of the Naam. Amrit means sweet, life-giving nectar. Pat paa-ee: they are given honor. It is the quiet dignity that comes from living in Truth, the kind you never have to show off.

A Question to Sit With

What does it feel like when you don't have to pretend to be anyone?
