In plain words

My True Guru needs nothing from anyone. My True Guru is dressed in Truth.

My True Guru is the Giver to everyone. My True Guru is the First Being, the Creator who shapes all that comes to be.

What is full has nothing to prove and everything to give.
The deeper layer

The True Guru needs nothing, gives to everyone, and shapes all that comes to be.

Guru Arjan praises his Satguru, his true Guru, four times in a row.

Baymuhtaaj means needing nothing from anyone. Sachaa saaj means dressed in truth. Sabhas kaa daataa: the Giver to everyone. Purakh bidhaataa: the Creator, the One who shapes how things unfold.

Think of a spring of fresh water on a hill. Nobody needs to pour anything into it. It just keeps flowing out for anyone who comes.

Something full has nothing to prove. It gives.

A Question to Sit With

Who in your life gives without needing anything back?
