In plain words

The One's royal court is the highest of all.

I bow to the One, forever and ever.

The One's place is the highest of the high.

The One's Naam wipes away millions of wrongs.

There is something greater than everything, and it welcomes you.
The deeper layer

The One's court is the highest of all, and the Naam wipes away millions of wrongs.

Sabh tay ooch jaa kaa darbaar: the One's darbaar, royal court, is higher than everything. Johaar is a respectful greeting, a bow. The Guru bows sadaa sadaa, forever and ever. It is a bow of wonder, like the way you go quiet the first time you see the ocean or a huge mountain.

Then: kot aghaa miteh har naam. Kot means millions, and agh means wrongs or mistakes. Millions of them are wiped away by the Naam. Think of a whiteboard covered in scribbles. One sweep of the eraser and it is clean again. The Naam works like that. When your attention turns to it, old mistakes lose their weight. This is the shelter above every other shelter.

A Question to Sit With

When have you felt small in a good way, standing near something huge and beautiful?
