In plain words

The Supreme One is the treasure of peace.

The One's sweet, nectar-like Naam is the heart of all that is true.

In kindness, the One sets people to serve the saints.

Nanak says: such a person merges into the Sangat, the company of the holy.

The deepest peace is a treasure already stored up for you.
The deeper layer

The One is a treasure of peace, and serving holy people draws you into their company.

Paarbarahm prabh sookh nidhaan: the Supreme One is the treasure of peace. Tat gi-aan is the essence of all knowing, the heart of what is true. Amrit naam: the Naam, sweet as nectar.

Sant tahlai laa-ay: in kindness, the One sets a person to serve holy people. Saadhoo sang samaa-ay: that person merges into the Sangat — people gathered together to remember the One. Service and the Sangat go together, like the two oars of one boat.
