In plain words

True wealth, true greatness, and a steady, unchanging wisdom come from the perfect Guru.

When the Protector is kind to someone, all their darkness is cleared away.

The wealth worth having is the kind that never fades.
The deeper layer

True wealth and steady wisdom come from the Guru, and grace clears away every darkness.

Saachaa dhan: true wealth, the kind that stays when money fades. Nihchal mat: a wisdom that holds steady. Andhi-aaraa mitai: darkness is wiped away, the way a room fills when a lamp is lit. It is the move from darkness into light that the word Waheguru carries.

A Question to Sit With

What is something valuable to you that money could never buy?
