Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
I fix my attention on the Supreme Lord.
The free and unbound One fills everything, everywhere.
With doubt and fear wiped away, I have met the Lord of the World.
Nanak says: the Guru has been kind to me.
When doubt and fear clear, what you were seeking is already there.
Fix your attention on the One who fills all, and doubt and fear clear away.
Dhi-aan: focused attention. Pooran poor rahi-o: filling everything completely. Nirbaan: free, unbound. Bharam bha-o mayt: doubt and fear erased. Gopaal: Lord of the World. Gur bha-ay da-i-aal: the Guru has been kind, and the meeting comes as a gift.
