Repeat the Naam of the One in the Sangat.
The love of the Naam is full and complete. Nanak says: O One, pour Your kindness on me, so that with every breath I remember You.
Repeat the Naam with others, and ask to remember the One with every breath.
Har kaa naam japee-ai saadhsang: repeat the Naam in the saadhsang, the Sangat — people gathered together to remember the One. Pooran rang: a love that is full and complete. Naanak ka-o prabh kirpaa dhaar: Nanak asks the One for kindness. Saas saas har dayh chitaar: let me remember You with each and every breath.
Think of breathing itself. You do it all day without trying. The wish here is for remembering to be that close.
