In plain words

Freedom, joy, and the way to union are all in the One's hands.

The one who belongs to the One lacks nothing. The person the One is kindly pleased with — Nanak, the servant, says: that person is blessed.

Held in the One's care, you lack nothing.
The deeper layer

The one who belongs to the One lacks nothing, because freedom and joy are in the One's hands.

Mukat bhugat jugat vas jaa kai: freedom, joy and the way to closeness are all in the One's hands. Mukat means being set free. Bhugat is enjoyment. Jugat is the way to union.

Oonaa naahee kichh jan taa kai: the one who belongs to the One lacks nothing.

Think of a child at home with a loving family. They don't worry about dinner. It's taken care of.

Kar kirpaa jis ho-ay suparsan: when the One, in kindness, is pleased with someone, naanak daas say-ee jan dhan. Nanak, the servant, says that person is blessed.
