In plain words

The One has made millions of Vishnus, coming to earth in many forms.

The One has made millions of universes, each a place to practice doing right.

The One makes millions of Shivas and takes them back again.

The One sets millions of Brahmas to work building worlds.

The One is so vast that whole universes are like small things held in its hand.
The deeper layer

The One is bigger than any counting, and one word carries that: kot, millions.

The verse names the great figures of the Hindu tradition around him. Bisan is Vishnu. The One has made millions of his avtaar, the forms he takes on earth. Mahays is Shiva, and barahmay are Brahmas, the makers of worlds. The One makes millions of each, and takes them back again. There are also millions of barahmand, whole universes. Each one is a Dharamsaal, a place to practice doing right.

Imagine zooming out on a map app: your house, your town, the Earth, the galaxy, and still more. These great beings are named with full respect. They help us feel how endless the One is.

A Question to Sit With

When you think about how enormous the universe is, what does that feeling stir in you?
