All Holy Places At Its Feet

ਕੋਟਿ ਤੀਰਥ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਚਰਨ ਮਝਾਰ ॥
kot tirath jaa kay charan majhaar.
In His Feet are millions of sacred shrines of pilgrimage.
ਕੋਟਿ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਜਪਤ ਨਾਮ ਚਾਰ ॥
kot pavitar japat naam chaar.
Millions chant His Sacred and Beautiful Name.
ਕੋਟਿ ਪੂਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਤੇ ਪੂਜਾ ॥
kot poojaaree kartay poojaa.
Millions of worshippers worship Him.
ਕੋਟਿ ਬਿਸਥਾਰਨੁ ਅਵਰੁ ਨ ਦੂਜਾ ॥੫॥
kot bisthaaran avar na doojaa. ||5||
Millions of expanses are His; there is no other at all. ||5||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Millions of holy places of pilgrimage are at the One's feet.

Millions grow pure by chanting the One's beautiful Naam.

Millions of worshippers worship the One.

Millions of wide worlds belong to the One, and there is no other at all.

All the holy places in the world point back to one Source — and there is no second thing beside it.
The deeper layer

All the holy places people travel to are gathered at the One's feet.

A pilgrimage place, tirath, is a sacred river or shrine people visit. The verse says millions of them are at the One's feet. Millions are made pure by singing the beautiful Naam. Millions of worshippers worship.

Then comes the deepest note: avar na doojaa — there is no other, no second one. It is like rivers all running back to the same ocean. Every holy place leads back to its Source. Everything is the One. This is the same truth as Ik Onkar, the One that is everything.

A Question to Sit With

If every path leads to the same One, how might that change the way you see people who walk different paths?
