In plain words

All on its own, the One has comforted me.

All on its own, my hopes have come true.

All on its own, I have come to understand the heart of how things are.

All on its own, the Guru has given me the word to live by.

Understanding often arrives quietly, like remembering something you always knew.
The deeper layer

Comfort and understanding can arrive like a click.

"achint parabhoo ham kee-aa dilaasaa" — all on its own, the One comforted me. Dilaasaa means comfort and reassurance. Then my hopes were fully met. I came to see the whole heart of how things are. And the Guru gave me the word to live by.

All of it came achint, without anxious effort. It is like a hard math problem that suddenly makes sense. You were not even trying just then, and it clicked.

A Question to Sit With

What is something true that you feel you have always known deep down?
