In plain words

The Naam of the One is endless, and worth more than anything you could ever buy.

It is the love of my very breath, the thing my mind leans on — I keep returning to it the way you keep coming back to a taste you love.

Some things are worth more than any price tag.
The deeper layer

The Naam is beyond price, and the heart keeps coming back to it.

This is the pause line, the Rahao, the center of the shabad. Har har naam apaar amolee means the Lord's Name is apaar, without end, and amolee, beyond any price. You cannot buy it in any shop.

Paraan pi-aaro maneh aDhaaro means it is dear to my very breath, and the support my mind leans on. Then comes a homely picture: jaisay paan tambolee. A tambolee is someone who loves chewing paan, the betel leaf. He keeps thinking of it and keeps going back to it. That is how I keep the Name in mind. It is like a favorite song you hum all day without trying. The Name is a living presence in the mind, and coming back to it is a delight.

A Question to Sit With

What do you keep coming back to just because you love it?
