Bilaaval, Fifth Mehl:
ਅਚੁਤ ਪੂਜਾ ਜੋਗ ਗੋਪਾਲ ॥
achut poojaa jog gopaal.
The imperishable Lord God is worthy of worship and adoration.
ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਅਰਪਿ ਰਖਉ ਹਰਿ ਆਗੈ ਸਰਬ ਜੀਆ ਕਾ ਹੈ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਪਾਲ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
man tan arap rakha-o har aagai sarab jee-aa kaa hai partipaal. ||1|| rahaa-o.
Dedicating my mind and body, I place them before the Lord, the Cherisher of all beings. ||1||Pause||

The One who never fades, the Sustainer of the world, is worthy of worship.
I place my mind and body before the One, who cares for every living being.
You can give your whole attention to what will not let you down.
Mind and body go to the One who cares for all. achut poojaa jog gopaal — the imperishable One worthy of devotion. man tan arap — offering mind and body. sarab jee-aa kaa hai partipaal — cherisher of all beings, the offering made to the One who already sustains all.
