Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

The sickness lifted, the troubles all fell away, when the Creator made me its own.

Peace came, quiet came, and wave after wave of joy, with my Beloved's Name strung close around my heart.

Healing and belonging often arrive together.
The deeper layer

ga-ee bi-aaDh upaaDh sabh naasee — illness and disturbance gone; a shabad of healing. angeekaar kee-o kartaar — the Creator taking one as its own. naam ridai ur haar — the Name worn as a garland at the heart, an image of the treasured close.
