He is completely filling all places and interspaces; I am a devoted sacrifice to the Lord's Feet. ||1||

In plain words

The Perfect One fills the whole world, giving peace, feeding and caring for everything that lives.

In every place and every space between, the One is there without a gap -- and I would give anything to be near.

There is no empty corner where kindness cannot reach.
The deeper layer

The One fills everything, with no gaps at all.

Bisamvbhar is the One who fills and feeds the whole universe. Pokhan bharan means caring for and filling up every living thing. Then comes thaan thanantar sarab nirantar — in every place, and in the spaces between places, without a break.

Think of WiFi in a house, reaching every room, even the corners. The One is like that, but with no dead spots at all. Nothing is left out. So Nanak says he would give himself completely to be close to the One's feet.

A Question to Sit With

Where is a place you feel most held and least alone?
