Night and day, bathe in spiritual wisdom and the Glorious Virtues of the True Lord.

Know that the world is just like this thread.

Your consciousness shall become steady and stable, enjoying the Love of the True Lord. ||12||

In plain words

On the tenth day, three simple things: keep the One in mind, give and share with others, and keep yourself clean on the inside.

Day and night, soak in wisdom and good qualities the way you would bathe in clean water. Truth cannot be stained -- when it is near, worry and fear just slip away.

A thin thread snaps in a moment; a lot of what the world offers is exactly that fragile. Tie yourself instead to what is steady, and a quiet, lasting joy settles in.

Remember the One, share with others, and keep your heart clean -- that is the whole practice.
The deeper layer

dasmi, the tenth day. The classic triad naam daan isnaan -- remembrance, giving, inner cleanliness -- with daan (sharing, charity) foregrounded. kaachai taagai -- the flimsy thread that snaps in an instant, an image of how fragile much of the world's offering is. Anchoring in saach (Truth) brings asthir cheet -- a steady, settled mind.

A Question to Sit With

What is one small way you could share with someone this week?
