In plain words

There is only One. And the One is found by the True Guru's grace — a gift that is always here, waiting for an open heart.

The Guru has made my life fruitful, like a tree that bears fruit at last.

My pain is forgotten, and I have found peace deep inside me.

The Guru can make a whole life fruitful.
The deeper layer

safal janam mo ka-o gur keenaa — the Guru made this life safal (fruitful). dukh bisaar sukh antar leenaa — pain set aside, peace found within. Namdev the calico-printer — a humble worker whose voice sits beside the Gurus' as equally sacred.

A Question to Sit With

Who has taught you something that changed how you see your life?
