Bilaaval, Fifth Mehl:
ਚਰਨ ਕਮਲ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਹਿਰਦੈ ਧਿਆਏ ॥
charan kamal parabh hirdai Dhi-aa-ay.
Within my heart, I meditate on the Lotus Feet of God.
ਰੋਗ ਗਏ ਸਗਲੇ ਸੁਖ ਪਾਏ ॥੧॥
rog ga-ay saglay sukh paa-ay. ||1||
Disease is gone, and I have found total peace. ||1||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

When you hold the beautiful presence of the One in your heart, something eases — the aches and worries loosen their grip.

A deep peace spreads through you, the kind that makes you feel well all the way down.

Peace held in the heart is a kind of health.
The deeper layer

Charan kamal prabh hirdai Dhi-aa-ay — holding the lotus-presence in the heart; rog ga-ay saglay sukh paa-ay — the disease departs and peace is found. Rog, illness, is read broadly here as the aches of body and mind — the healing note that runs all through Bilaaval.

A Question to Sit With

What is something that makes your worries loosen their grip?
