Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

The sickness is gone; God took it away himself.

Now I sleep in peace, and a calm, settled ease has come home to stay.

God takes the heaviness away, and peace comes home.
The deeper layer

Peace comes home as a gift. Rog ga-i-aa prabh aap gavaa-i-aa — the illness gone, the One itself took it away; need pa-ee sukh sahj ghar aa-i-aa — sleep comes, and sahaj (natural ease) arrives home, the way a calm feeling returns after a long fever.

A Question to Sit With

What helps you finally rest easy at the end of a hard day?
