In plain words

Something settles you so deeply that your inner seat stops wobbling. Worry ends. You are not knocked around by every little thing.

The confusion clears, and you start to see the One everywhere you look — in everything, in everyone.

When you are settled inside, the little things stop knocking you over.
The deeper layer

Here is a calm that does not wobble.

Nihchal aasan: a seat that cannot be shaken. Mitee chint: worry is gone. Naahee dolayt: you do not waver. This steady calm is called sahj: staying settled whether people praise you or you feel pain. Think of a tree with deep roots. The wind shakes its leaves, but the trunk stays put.

The second line: bharam bhulaavaa mit ga-i-aa, doubt and confusion are gone. Parabh paykhat nayt: the eyes now see the One everywhere.

A Question to Sit With

What helps you feel steady when things get chaotic around you?
