Bilaaval, Fifth Mehl:
ਟਹਲ ਕਰਉ ਤੇਰੇ ਦਾਸ ਕੀ ਪਗ ਝਾਰਉ ਬਾਲ ॥
tahal kara-o tayray daas kee pag jhaara-o baal.
I perform service for Your slave, O Lord, and wipe his feet with my hair.
ਮਸਤਕੁ ਅਪਨਾ ਭੇਟ ਦੇਉ ਗੁਨ ਸੁਨਉ ਰਸਾਲ ॥੧॥
mastak apnaa bhayt day-o gun sun-o rasaal. ||1||
I offer my head to him, and listen to the Glorious Praises of the Lord, the source of bliss. ||1||

I would gladly help those who love the One — care for them, tend to them, offer them my very best.
I would bow my head to them and listen to the beautiful praises of the One, the source of all joy. That kind of listening fills me up.
Serving people who point you toward the One brings deep joy.
Tahal kara-o... pag jhaara-o baal — humble service to the devotees; mastak apnaa bhayt day-o — offering the head is offering the ego; gun sun-o rasaal — listening to praise, a form of Suniai.
