In plain words

Live in the Sangat, and the heavy things you have carried start to lift and fall away.

When your heart is dyed in love for the One, you stop being tossed around in endless circles — you find your footing.

The Sangat slowly lifts the heavy things you have been carrying.
The deeper layer

The Sangat makes the heart clean. Saadhsangat kai baasbai kalmal sabh nasnaa — by living in the Sangat, all faults fall away. Kalmal means the dirt left by wrong actions.

Think of a muddy shirt in the wash. The water keeps moving through it until it comes out clean. The Sangat — people gathered together to remember the One — works like that water.

Then: prabh saytee rang raati-aa — the one dyed in God's love taa tay garabh na garsanaa, is not thrown back into the womb. That means not caught again in the circle of being born over and over. It also means being freed from anxious circling, going round and round. Love for the One gives you steady ground.

A Question to Sit With

What weight do you feel lighter about when you are with the right people?
