In plain words

Once you know the One is both deep inside you and all around you, the doubts simply fade.

Nanak says: those whose deeds have ripened fully come to meet God.

The One you search for is both deep inside you and all around you.
The deeper layer

Once you see that the One is inside you and all around you too, your doubts fade away.

So antar so baahray — the One is within, and the One is outside. Binsay tah bharmaa — then doubt disappears. Think of the air. It is in your lungs, and it fills the whole room. You never have to go looking for it.

Naanak tis prabh bhayti-aa, jaa kay pooran karmaa — Nanak says, they meet the One whose karma is complete. Karma means the fruit of what a person has done, ripening over time. The meeting comes when it is ripe, like fruit that is ready to pick. The shabad ends with the One found everywhere, inside and out.

A Question to Sit With

Where do you look for something that might be closer than you think?
