In plain words

When you fill your days with the One's praises, a quiet strength settles in you, and people find themselves wishing you well.

Others feel the goodness in you and want to be near it.

Goodness in you draws goodness toward you.
The deeper layer

Praising the One brings a quiet strength, and people feel the goodness.

Sarab siDh har gaa-ee-ai — singing the One's praises brings every spiritual power. SiDh means a special power. Here it means a quiet strength inside. Sabh bhalaa manaaveh — then everyone wishes you well.

SaaDh saaDh mukh tay kaheh — people call such a person good and holy. Sun daas milaaveh — hearing of them, the One's servants come to meet them.

Think of a kitchen where fresh bread is baking. No one has to announce it. People just drift in. Goodness is like that smell. It draws others near without trying.

A Question to Sit With

Who do you find yourself wanting to be near, and why?
