You are pervading and permeating in all; O King, everyone meditates on You, day and night.

Everyone begs of You, O my King; You alone give gifts to all. ||2||
Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
You flow through everyone and everything, and all turn to You, day and night.
Everyone asks from You alone, my King — for it is You who gives gifts to all.
Every open hand in the world is reaching toward the same Giver.
Sabhnaa vich too varatdaa — You pervade all — a clear statement of oneness: the same One flows through every being. Sabh tujh hee thaavhu mangday... too sabhnaa karahi ik daat — all beg from the one Giver. If there is only one Source, then every creature is a guest at the same table.
A Question to Sit With
If everyone is asking from the same Giver, how does that change how you see strangers?
