This is the Rahao, the "pause" line at the center of the shabad. Hamray paraan gupaal gobind — the Keeper of the world is my paraan, my breath. The One does more than stand beside life, helping. The One is where life itself comes from.
Eehaa oohaa — here and in the life beyond — the One carries every care. Think of someone lifting a heavy backpack off your shoulders. There is nothing left over that you must carry alone.
