are obtained by those, whose hearts are filled with the Lord God. ||2||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Every happiness, deep peace, and easy poise — a whole treasure of it — belongs to those whose hearts are full of the One.

A whole treasure of peace and ease lives in the heart that is full of the One.
The deeper layer

When the One lives in your heart, you carry a whole treasure of peace.

Sarab kali-aan sukh sahj niDhaan — a treasure of every kind of well-being, peace and natural ease. NiDhaan means a treasure store. Not a trickle, but a full chest of it.

Where is that chest kept? Jaa kai ridai vaseh bhagvaan — in the heart where the One lives. So it does not depend on where you are or what you own. Think of a kid stuck indoors on a rainy day who is still happy, because they feel loved. The richness comes from inside. A full heart is the real treasury.

A Question to Sit With

Where do you feel the richest — and is it a place, a feeling, or a person?
