O my life-mates, O Sikhs of the Guru, O Siblings of Destiny, instruct me in the Teachings, that I might merge in the Lord's Merger. ||1||Pause||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

I've planted love for the feet of the One's students deep in my mind and body.

My life-friends, students of the teaching, my family of the heart — teach me, so I can melt into the One's merging.

Greatness can look like being teachable by anyone — even those you might be expected to lead.
The deeper layer

The Pause line intensifies the downward reverence: love "for the feet of the Guru's Sikhs" — not even the Guru here, but the students, the ordinary fellow-seekers. Ram Das asks them to teach him, so he might "merge." This is a beautiful dismantling of hierarchy: the seeker learns from fellow seekers, and greatness lies in being teachable by anyone who carries a little of the light. Merger is the goal; humility is the road.

A Question to Sit With

Who could you learn from that your pride might tell you is 'below' you? What might they teach you?
