By the Fear of God, and Love of God, and by devotion, man crosses over the terrifying world-ocean, focusing his consciousness on the Lord's Lotus Feet.
har naam hirdai pavitar paavan ih sareer ta-o sarnee. ||7||
The Name of the Lord, the most pure and sacred, is within my heart; this body is Your Sanctuary, Lord. ||7||

In plain words

By awe of the One, and love of the One, and devotion, a person crosses the frightening sea, fixing the mind on the One's feet.

The pure, sacred Name is within my heart; this body is Your shelter, One.

You don't leave the body to find the sacred — the body is the very temple where the One dwells.
The deeper layer

Your body is a home where the One lives.

The verse names three things that carry a person across the scary sea of life. Bhai is awe, a deep respect for the One. Bhaa-ay is love. Bhagat is devotion. Awe and love go together here. The awe is not being scared. It is the wonder you feel looking up at a sky full of stars, joined with love.

Then comes a beautiful line about the body. Ih sareer ta-o sarnee — this body is Your shelter. The body is not something to escape. It is the very temple where the One lives. Har naam hirdai — the Name is in my heart. You do not have to leave the body to find the sacred. The body is where the sacred lives.

A Question to Sit With

What changes if you treat your own body and life not as obstacles to the sacred, but as its dwelling place?
