Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Your servant prays to You; You are my True Master.

You are my protector always; I hold You in mind. All beings are Yours; You fill them all. Whoever slanders Your servant is undone. Falling at Your feet, Nanak has let his cares go and become care-free.

Once you truly trust that you're protected, the cares can be set down — and the protector is everyone's.
The deeper layer

The twenty-first Pauree's companion returns to nichint — care-free — reached by "falling at Your Feet." The whole prayer rests on one conviction: "You are my Protector, forever and ever." Once that protection is trusted, the cares can be set down. And "all beings are Yours" widens it — the protecting One is everyone's, so there is no one finally outside its care. Trust the protection, drop the worry.

A Question to Sit With

What cares might you set down if you fully trusted you were held?
