In plain words

Adore that True One; everything is in its power.

It holds both ends and sets our affairs right in an instant. Let go of all your efforts and hold onto its support. Run to its shelter and find the comfort of all comforts. Good deeds, righteousness, and the essence of wisdom come in the company of the good. Saying the nectar-Name, no obstacle blocks your road. The One lives in the mind of the one it graces. All treasures come when the Master is pleased.

When something larger holds both ends of your situation, you can finally loosen your white-knuckle grip on the middle.
The deeper layer

The twelfth Pauree gives the Vaar's clearest instruction to stop striving and start trusting: "Renounce all your efforts, and hold fast to His Support." This is not laziness but the release of anxious self-reliance — the One "holds both ends" (beginning and outcome) and "adjusts our affairs in an instant." When something larger holds both ends of your situation, you can loosen your white-knuckle grip on the middle.

A Question to Sit With

What are you white-knuckling in the middle that might be held, at both ends, by something larger?
