In plain words

Nanak says this true thing: your body will pass away.

Moment by moment, yesterday went by. Today is going by in just the same way.

Because each moment passes, each moment is worth filling with love.
The deeper layer

Your body will not last forever, and today is slipping by moment by moment, just as yesterday did.

Binas jaihai tayro gaat means "your body will pass away." Guru Tegh Bahadur, signing as Nanak, says it gently, the way a grandparent might, to help you love the time you have.

Chhin chhin means moment by moment. Yesterday slipped by moment by moment, and today is slipping by the same way. Think of sand running through an hourglass. You cannot stop it, but you can notice each grain.

Because time moves like this, each moment becomes precious. The natural answer is not fear. It is love, and keeping the One in mind while there is time. The One does not pass away. Turning toward the One is how a passing life touches what lasts.

A Question to Sit With

If today is a gift that is slipping by, what is one thing you would want to fill it with?
