In plain words

I have fallen in love with the One, my Master. I love the One with every breath I take and every bite I eat.

My wrongdoings were burned away in an instant, and the knots of Maya that tied me up came loose.

Love can run through even the smallest, most ordinary moments of a day.
The deeper layer

Love for the One can fill every breath and every bite, and it sets you free fast.

Jitnay saas lee-ay ham garaas means "with every breath I take and every bite I eat." Love is woven into the most ordinary things you do.

Kilbikh dahan bha-ay khin antar means "the wrongs were burned away in a moment," like dry paper in a flame. Toot ga-ay maa-i-aa kay faas means "the snares of Maya broke." Maya is the pull of the world's shiny, passing things.

A Question to Sit With

What ordinary thing could you do today with a little more love in it?
