Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

My ears are filled with the praise of my Beloved, and all my dirty wrongs and faults are washed away.

My feet walk the path of peace to my Lord and Master. With the saints, my body and every limb blossom with joy.

Being near holy people can make your whole self blossom, from head to foot.
The deeper layer

Praise fills the ears, the feet find the path of peace, and the whole body blossoms near holy people.

Karnan poor rahi-o jas pareetam: the ears are filled with the Beloved's praise. Kalmal dokh sagal mal harsan: every fault and stain washed away. Paavan Dhaavan su-aamee sukh panthaa: the feet run on the path of peace to the Master. Ang sang kaa-i-aa sant sarsan: with the saints, body and limbs blossom, like a garden after rain.

A Question to Sit With
