I keep the One's lotus feet inside my heart.
My pain and my wrongdoing have gone away.
Holding what is good close to your heart quietly loosens what is harmful.
Holding the One inside your heart, pain and wrongdoing leave.
Charan kamal ridai Dhaar: keeping the lotus feet in the heart. The lotus grows clean and bright out of muddy water. Utri-aa dukh mand: pain and wrongdoing fell away. Holding the good close is itself what clears out the harm.
