In plain words

The meek and humble saints are like thirsty fish who long for water. The saints of the One are lost in the One.

I am the dust of the feet of the One's saints.

I give my heart to them.

The One has been kind to me.

Nanak says: let go of pride and clinging, and you meet the dear One.

When pride is set down, the heart finds what it was thirsting for.
The deeper layer

Humble people thirst for the One like fish for water, and when pride is set down, the One is met.

Deen leen pi-aas meen santnaa: the humble saints, lost in the One, thirsty like fish. Har santnaa kee rayn: the dust of the saints' feet. Hee-o arap dayn: I offer my heart. Parabh bha-ay hai kirpayn: the One has become kind. Maan moh ti-aag chhodi-o: pride and clinging let go. Ta-o naanak har jee-o bhaytnaa: then, Nanak, the dear One is met.
