Singing the Name of the One Lord each and every instant, and following the Guru's Teachings, the mind is absorbed in the Naam.

Listening to the Naam, the mind is pleased with the Naam, and satisfied with the Naam. ||4||

Singing the Naam of the One in every moment, and following the Guru's teaching, the mind melts into the Naam.
It hears the Naam, it loves the Naam, and by the Naam alone it feels full and content.
The Naam, held closely, is enough to fill and satisfy the heart.
Keep singing the Naam, and the Naam itself fills you up.
Naam samaavaigo: the mind soaks into the Naam. Naamay hee tariptaavaigo: it feels full from the Naam alone.
The word naam comes back again and again, circling round the way remembering does. Think of a tea bag steeping in hot water. Every minute the color grows deeper, until the whole cup is tea. The mind is steeped in the Naam like that.
