Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
You Yourself are the one who has arrived and the one still seeking. You Yourself are the path of yoga and the yogi who walks it.
You Yourself are every sweet taste and the one who tastes it. You Yourself are every joy and the one who enjoys it.
You Yourself are in everything, all through; whatever You do, happens.
Blessed, blessed, blessed is the Sangat of the True Guru! Join them and speak the Naam of the One.
Let everyone say it aloud: Har, Har, Haray, Har, Har, Haray! Saying Har, every wrong is washed away.
There is only One, playing every part: the seeker and the found, the taster and the taste.
Toon aapay hee, "You Yourself," comes again and again, and each time a pair melts into one. The sidh, one who has arrived, and the saadhik, one still seeking, are both the One. The yogi and the yoga, the one who enjoys and the joy, are both the One.
Then comes the satsangat, the Sangat — people gathered together to remember the One. Dhan dhan, blessed, blessed: the word is said again and again, like a cheer. Together, everyone says Har, Har, Haray, and the heavy load of wrongs washes off like dust in the rain.
Where do you notice the same one thing showing up in many different forms?
