You are kind to the poor and humble, Lord of the world, Support of the earth, Knower of every heart, Lord of the Universe.
Those who meditate on the Supreme One become fearless. Following the Guru's teaching, they meditate on the One who sets us free.
Remembering what holds you can turn fear into steadiness.
Remembering the One who knows every heart makes a person fearless.
Deen da-i-aal (kind to the humble), antarjaamee (knower of hearts). The string of divine names, jagdees, damodar, gobinday, muraar, mukanday, is one Naam seen through many windows. Nirbha-o: fearless, because remembrance dissolves fear. Gurmat: the Guru's teaching lights the way.
