In plain words

I bow, low and glad, to the Name of the One.

Just saying it with love, I'm carried safely through.

A small, loving bow to the Name carries you further than you'd think.
The deeper layer

A very short, chant-like rahao: namaskaar to raam naam, and jap — loving repetition — that ubarai (lifts, saves). This launches a litany-shabad where every line begins "jaa kai simran" — "in whose remembrance."

A Question to Sit With

What's one small habit that quietly steadies your whole day?
