ਜੋ ਬ੍ਰਹਮੰਡਿ ਖੰਡਿ ਸੋ ਜਾਣਹੁ ॥
jo barahmand khand so jaanhu.
Know the One who pervades all the realms of the universe.
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਬੂਝਹੁ ਸਬਦਿ ਪਛਾਣਹੁ ॥
gurmukh boojhhu sabad pachhaanhu.
As Gurmukh, understand and realize the Shabad.
ਘਟਿ ਘਟਿ ਭੋਗੇ ਭੋਗਣਹਾਰਾ ਰਹੈ ਅਤੀਤੁ ਸਬਾਇਆ ॥੧੪॥
ghat ghat bhogay bhoganhaaraa rahai ateet sabaa-i-aa. ||14||
The Enjoyer enjoys each and every heart, and yet He remains detached from all. ||14||

Know the One who fills every corner of every world.
Turned toward the Guru, understand and live the Word.
The One tastes the joy of each and every heart, and still stays free within them all.
The One is fully present in every heart and yet completely free.
The One is the bhoganhaaraa, the enjoyer present in every heart, and yet ateet, unstained and free within them all. Full presence and complete freedom held together.
