Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
The One makes the world and watches over it with care.
A glance of grace falls, and a heart is welcomed just as it is.
The one who turns to the Guru understands it all; before that, we simply feel our way in the half-light, not yet seeing.
You are watched over with care from the very first moment.
The glance of grace (nadar) welcomes a heart as it is. Those without understanding are people still feeling their way in the half-light.
A Question to Sit With
When have you felt watched over and cared for?
