ਮੇਰੈ ਕਰਤੈ ਇਕ ਬਣਤ ਬਣਾਈ ॥
mayrai kartai ik banat banaa-ee.
My Creator Lord has formed this formation.
ਇਸੁ ਦੇਹੀ ਵਿਚਿ ਸਭ ਵਥੁ ਪਾਈ ॥
is dayhee vich sabh vath paa-ee.
He has placed everything within this body.
ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮੁ ਵਣਜਹਿ ਰੰਗਿ ਰਾਤੇ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਕੋ ਨਾਮੁ ਪਾਇਦਾ ॥੧੬॥੬॥੨੦॥
naanak naam vanjahi rang raatay gurmukh ko naam paa-idaa. ||16||6||20||
O Nanak, those who deal in the Naam are imbued with His Love. The Gurmukh obtains the Naam, the Name of the Lord. ||16||6||20||

The Creator shaped this whole wonder, and tucked everything you need right inside your own body.
Nanak says, those who trade in the Naam are soaked through with love. Turn toward the Guru, and the Naam is yours.
Everything you are searching for was tucked inside you from the start.
The Creator has placed everything within the body, and in the closing Nanak line the Naam-merchant is soaked in the One's love (rang raatay). What we search the world for was set inside us all along.
