ਗੁਰ ਕੈ ਸਬਦਿ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰੁ ਸਰੀਰਾ ॥
gur kai sabad pavitar sareeraa.
Through the Word of the Guru's Shabad, the body is sanctified.
ਤਿਸੁ ਵਿਚਿ ਵਸੈ ਸਚੁ ਗੁਣੀ ਗਹੀਰਾ ॥
tis vich vasai sach gunee gaheeraa.
The True Lord, the ocean of virtue, dwells within it.
ਸਚੋ ਸਚੁ ਵੇਖੈ ਸਭ ਥਾਈ ਸਚੁ ਸੁਣਿ ਮੰਨਿ ਵਸਾਇਦਾ ॥੭॥
sacho sach vaykhai sabh thaa-ee sach sun man vasaa-idaa. ||7||
One who sees the Truest of the True everywhere, hears the Truth, and enshrines it within his mind. ||7||

The Guru's Word makes this body pure and holy. The One — a whole ocean of goodness — lives inside it.
Whoever sees the True One everywhere, and listens deeply, keeps that Truth safe in the heart.
There is an ocean of goodness inside you, closer than you think.
The One is gunee gaheeraa — a deep ocean of virtue — dwelling within the sanctified body. Seeing the True everywhere and hearing it (sach sun, deep listening) leads to keeping it inside.
