Pain vanishes and peace prevails, when one is satisfied and fulfilled. ||7||
Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
When the treasure of goodness fills my mind and body, I no longer wander from birth to death and birth again.
Pain is gone, and peace moves in and makes itself at home — when I am satisfied and full.
When you are full inside, pain fades and peace moves in.
gun nidhaan is the treasure of virtue permeating mind and body. Whoever is filled with it does not wander through birth and death again. dookh binaas, sukh dayraa — pain vanishes and peace pitches its tent — once one is tripat, satisfied and full.
