ਹਰਿ ਕੇ ਭਗਤ ਸਦਾ ਸੁਖਵਾਸੀ ॥

The devotees of the Lord dwell forever in peace.

With a child-like, innocent nature, they remain detached, turning away from the world.

They enjoy various pleasures in many ways; God caresses them, like a father caressing his son. ||14||
Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
The One's devotees always live in peace.
With a child's nature, they stay free and unattached.
They enjoy many joys in many ways, and the One loves them like a father cuddling his son.
The One's devotees live in peace, loved the way a father loves his child.
Har kay bhagat sadaa sukhvaasee — the devotees dwell always in peace, with baal subhaa-ay, a child-like nature, light and unattached. The closing image is pure tenderness: ji-o pitaa poot laadaa-idaa — as a father lovingly cuddles his son. The detachment here is not coldness but freedom from grasping; joy is not renounced but received.
