This is the blessing which I have received from my Lord and Master.

Twenty-four hours a day, with my palms pressed together, I meditate on Him.

I chant the Naam, and through the Naam, I intuitively merge into the Lord; O Nanak, may I be blessed with the Naam, and ever repeat it. ||16||1||6||
Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
I received this blessing from my Master.
All day and all night, with my palms pressed together, I remember the One.
I say the Naam, and through the Naam I merge easily into the One. Nanak says, may I be given the Naam, to say it always.
The Naam is a gift you receive; say it, and merge easily into the One.
Bakhsees — a blessing received, not earned: grace. Remembering the One around the clock, one says the Naam and through it merges in sahj, natural ease. One prayer remains: to be given the Naam to keep saying — remembrance as a gift and a joy.
A Question to Sit With
What good thing in your life came as a gift rather than a reward?
