The Unstruck Music Inside

They obtain all the wealth of the Naam, the Name of the Lord; the unstruck sound current of the Shabad vibrates and resounds within their minds. ||19||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Those who are touched by the Giver of peace hold the feet of holy people and weave them right into their hearts.

They find the whole treasure of the Naam.

And a music with no drum and no string begins to sound quietly inside them.

When you weave the ways of holy people into your heart, a quiet joy begins to sound inside.
The deeper layer

Grace comes first, and then a quiet music begins inside.

Saadhoo charan lai ridai paraatay: they take the feet of holy people and weave them into the heart, keeping the ways of the Guru's people close. Naam niDhaan is the treasure of the Naam. Anhad sabad is the unstruck sound, the inner music of a life in tune.

A Question to Sit With

What quiet joy do you feel when you do something kind?
